Will my package be shipped discreet?

Definitely! All of our packages are shipped discreetly from our multiple warehouses in plain packaging

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are usually shipped within 7-10 business days from the day the order was completed. Delivery time may differ based on variables such as the delivery method chosen, your location, delays in Customs, etc.

How long after I place an order will tracking info be available?

Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. After you receive this email please allow 24-48 hours for tracking details to become available for your package. 

Why haven't I received an order confirmation or tracking email?

Check your junk mail folder! While we do everything we can to improve email deliverability, some email service providers will redirect unfamiliar emails to your junk/spam folders. 

Tracking says my package has been delivered, but I didn't receive it. What should I do?

LINF is not responsible for lost packages. Once the package leaves our warehouse, it is in the shipper’s hands. Please follow your tracking link closely and take the necessary steps to ensure you receive your package.

How can I pay? And is my payment discreet?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay ! For discreet billing, all purchases will appear as “CB Inc” on your billing statements. 

How is my information kept safe?

LINF respects your personal information and privacy. Any information you give us is stored on a secure server in an encrypted form. Unless requested, this information is accessed only in order to process your orders.

We will not rent or sell your name, address, email address, credit card information or personal information to any third party without your permission. However, we must cooperate fully should a situation arise where we are required by law or legal process to provide information about a customer. When you submit an order with checkboxes for receiving promotional material via email or postal mail filled in, you may receive periodic newsletters or promotional mailings from LINF and/or from merchants with products or services that may be of interest to you. When you submit your email address for our opt-in email newsletter, you may receive periodic newsletters or promotional mailings from LINF and/or from merchants with products or services that may be of interest to you.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

If you have receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact our Customer Service department and they can help expedite your submission and process of replacement through the manufacturer warranty. You can also go directly to the manufacturer and submit your request for a replacement.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you absolutely need to cancel your order after you’ve placed and paid for it, please call or text us immediately. We ship our products fast, many on the same day, so in order to cancel the order we’ll need to hear from you ASAP. 

If the order has already been shipped, it can not be cancelled. 

How do I return a product?

To return any items please contact our customer assistance representatives by calling, texting or emailing us. We will help walk you through the easiest way to make the return.
